Everything you probably want to know before we launch.

How much does printing cost?

There is no subscription - you pay per order. Each partner sets their own prices for their equipment and materials, so you can compare machines and pick the closest, the cheapest, or the best fit. You always see the full price, including delivery, before you pay.

How and when do I pay?

After you hit Print, your file is uploaded securely and a checkout opens where you confirm the printer, materials, quantity, and delivery options - then pay by card. Nothing is printed or charged until you confirm the order.

What can I actually print?

Anything the network's machines can produce: documents, photos, postcards, posters and large-format panos, blueprints, canvas and fabric prints, adhesive films, metal prints, and 3D models. The available options depend on the partners near you - and with worldwide delivery, "near you" is optional.

Are my files confidential?

Yes. Files are transferred encrypted, and every partner is contractually bound to strict confidentiality: they may not read, analyze, copy, or keep your documents, and must securely delete all files immediately after the job is completed. Partners violating this are permanently removed from the network. See our Privacy Policy.

What if the print quality is bad?

Partners must meet the quality standards declared in their profiles, and we enforce this with random quality checks across the network. If an order arrives defective, you are entitled to a reprint or a refund under standard consumer protection rules.

I own a printer or a print shop - how do I earn?

You set your own prices for your equipment and materials, and receive orders from the network. PrintService.IO takes a commission on fulfilled orders only - there are no listing or membership fees. Read the partner requirements and apply to join.

When do you launch?
